Purple Dot International Limited, launched the Graylands Phase 5 in a groundbreaking event in Athi River on January 19th, 2021.
This comes exactly a year after the commencement of the fully sold out Phase 4 that was launched in January 2020 whose completion was projected for August 2021.
The new development will comprise 36 commercial warehouse units, each measuring 8,400 SqFt with three-level spaces, and will retail for only 19.5 million shillings making them ideal for SMEs. The warehouses are designed for light industrial use characteristic of SMEs, unlike larger logistics industrial parks, and offer very competitive and flexible payment plans.
Graylands Phase 5 will consist of 3 phase power connection, common area generator, ample vehicle parking, among other amenities.
We have adapted changes in this new phase as requested by our investors and clients from the earlier phases. The additional third level can now accommodate a larger office area for operational and administrative use,” said Pravin Pindoriya, the Purple Dot Managing Director. “The rest of the amenities, including the wide 36-meter common area loading and off-loading zone, rainwater harvesting tank, separate entry and exit gates among other features remain as before,” he added.
“Looking at the capital appreciation and rental income, I have achieved what I set out to have in place over the last few years,” says Jilen Raicha, an investor at Graylands Phase 4. “The supporting property letting team is also timely with rent collection, reporting, and tax remittances which makes managing the property simpler,” he adds.
