Terms & Conditions

• Maximum number of people: 50pax.
• Decorations and Public Address System are as per hotel standard. Additional requirements can be arranged and provided at en extra charge.
• Service Minister not included.
• All wedding permits required by the hotel at least 7 days before the wedding day.
• All packages are exclusive of custom décor. Custom decoration(s) must adhere to hotel policy.
• Special accommodation rates can be arranged for wedding guests.
• Entertainment (if required): we source on behalf of the client(s) and the cost is paid directly by the client(s).
• Event photography & videography can be arranged at an extra charge.
• Normal evening party is up to 9.30 pm.
• Guest to make strict arrangements towards children and their supervision.
• Children under 12 – half rate for all food consumption.
• Children under 5 – free of charge for all food consumption.
• Payment plan: A deposit payment of 75% MUST be made upon reservation and the balance cleared before the wedding date.
• All prices are inclusive of 26% taxes.
• Food and drinks from outside suppliers is not allowed during the photo session.
• Cancellation policy: Deposit payment will only be refunded if cancellation is received prior to 7 days before the wedding date.
