Tasting Experience At Chophouse, Radisson Blu Upper Hill
On Tuesday, June 7, 2022, the Go Places team was privileged to be invited by Mr Russel Storey the hotel’s General Manager to sample some of the dishes being introduced at the recently reopened Chophouse a fine dining Restaurant.
Chef Wayne the executive chef of the hotel and his team put together a five-course tasting for the invited guests that included foodies, influencers and celebrities. These culinary experts delivered cutting edge, stylish, sophisticated gastronomy to the experience.

Mango Yolk
Mango & cognac specification / green oi l/ black salt
Beetroot cured Salmon
balsamic pearls/ wasabi aioli / toasted coconut chiffonade / micro greens
Salted Duck
shaved asparagus/saffron sauce/olive soil / sour berry splash
Lobster
butter poached and charred tail/leek fondue/champagne creme / roasted red pepper puree
Coffee Cake
coffee mouse / vanilla sponge / pistachio / chocolate ganache / berries
