On 26th of March 2021, The Tour Operators Society of Kenya held a Members Get Together and Networking Cocktail at the Movenpick Hotel & Residences located in Westlands, Nairobi
The event included several presentations from Tourism Stakeholders together with a display of the The Zuri Luxury Bus by the Gold Sponsor Izuzu Kenya and Specially Customized 4×4 Safari Vehicles by one of the leading specialized vehicle converters RSA Group
The Main Sponsors also presented their companies and the products and services that are suitable and ideal for the Tourism Industry including the unveiling of the Zuri Luxury Bus by Isuzu Kenya and RSA Group, not only presented the 4×4 vehcile conversion services but also a special focus on their 4×4 Accessories
Guests were welcomed by the CEO of the Tour Operators Society of Kenya, Mr Anthony Achieng who also introduced the Board Members together with the Vice Chairman – Tonny Muiruri who introduced the Newly Appointed Executive Committee Chairpersons

The CEO of TOSK Anthony started off the programme presentations on the Vision and Mission of TOSK and also emphasized on the organization being recognized by the Tourism Regulatory Authority (TRA)

There were fun and interactive ice-breaker sessions in between the presentations that including team building activities facilitated by one of the TOSK members
The guest of Honor or this auspicious occasion was The Ethiopian Deputy Head of Mission to Kenya Amb Siraj Rashid Jundi. In his speech he acknowledged that he is pleased what TOSK is doing and thanked the Board for doing a courtesy visit earlier in the month of March where Promoting Ethiopian Tourism Opportunities in Kenya and Vice Versa was discussed. This gives the TOSK members an opportunity to establish reliable tourism relations in Ethiopia.
The Host of the Event, Madame Chairperson Mary Kamau thanked His Excellency Siraj Rashid Jundi for gracing the event with his presence and accepting the invitation. Mary also thanked the great support and sponsorship from the Gold Sponsor Isuzu Kenya and other sponsors’ RSA Group and Kenya Wildlife Service Kenya and she mentioned that this is the beginning of a greater partnership and relationship with the Tour Operators Society of Kenya and its Members. Mary also graciously acknowledged the Board, Executive Committee with special mention of Ann Kinyua who is in the Admin Department and the Secretary Awa Milimo for putting the event together
The event ended with a Raffle Draw with several prizes including a Family Portrait Photography Session with Versatile Photographers and a Nairobi Scenic Helicopter Tour for 2 People courtesy of Aerocruise Africa
Guests got to mingle while observing the social distancing protocols as they networked with other TOSK members and sponsors as they enjoyed delicious bitings and beverages served by the Movenpick Hotel & Residences Nairobi F&B Team
