Due to the Covid 19 pandemic’ dining, travel and conferences locally, regionally and across the globe came to a standstill. However there is light at the end of the tunnel with after 3 months or so of being in a lockdown’ finally restaurants, hotels and conferencing facilities have followed the government hygiene and safety protocols and have reopened and inter county travel in Kenya resumed on the 7th of July, domestic flights restarted on the 15th of July and we are expected to receive our first International flight again on the 1st of August 2020.
As travel within and to Kenya would be possible again. A group of Tourism Industry Players who have years of experience in the Industry got together to launch the #RediscoverKenya campaign
The #RediscoverKenya Campaign is a concept based on re introducing Kenya to the Domestic, Regional and International traveler through the following;
