Nairobi Chefs Workshop Sharing Moments

Nairobi Chefs Workshop fully sponsored by Impact Chefs & Hospitality Academy, organized by Enock Makanga was held today 10th of December at the glamorous Tamarind Hotel Nairobi. The special guests of this workshop included Mr. Harrison Mathai, Director Aspire Food Safety Trainers and Executive Chef Avraj Marwa, Sarova Group of Hotels.
A good number of chefs attended which allowed a high number of interactions and insight amongst the chefs. Culinary Experts took the Chefs through Food Costing Training and Food Safety. Impact Chefs & Hospitality Academy in collaboration with Several Hospitality Suppliers including Papyrus Africa Group – A Go Places Recommended partner, Merican Concepts Solutions – the stainless steel fabricators for kitchens and many more.
All Chefs in attendance were awarded a certificate of participation.
