Kenya Wildlife Service Planting Trees in Tsavo East National Park

Kenya Wildlife Service Planting Trees in Tsavo East National Park

Some parts of Kenya have been affected by drought with some regions being the worst hit like the Tsavo’s. This is due to climate change and other factors.

In order to cushion the worst-hit areas, one of the mitigation plans that the Kenya Wildlife Service is currently undertaking is planting trees and regularly watering them within Tsavo East National Park in order to restore the vegetation to sustain the ecosystem and reduce climate change and its adverse effects.
