The AfriStar Packaging Awards
In an agreement between PROPAK and the African Packaging Organisation (APO), the recently launched AfriStar Packaging Awards will be featured alongside all the PROPAK exhibitions and events in Africa. That means that the medal winners in this prestigious awards competition will receive an extraordinary amount of recognition. This and the opportunity to enter the WPO WorldStar competition is available to all the finalists of this continent-wide event.
Entry is open to any packaging produced on the continent of Africa. Anyone involved in the production or marketing of the packaging may enter the pack or packaging-related product. Entry is simple and done online.
This year’s competition closes on 31st July 2022, with the first awards ceremony will be in South Africa in early November 2022, to be repeated in Nigeria alongside PROPAK West Africa in mid-November 2022 and in Kenya alongside PROPAK East Africa in mid-March 2023. Medal winners will receive wide international recognition for their excellent packaging as well as stimulating their company morale and reputation.
