Serviced Plots
The residential segment of Swara Ranch is set out in 9 distinct village courts that range in size from 4.3 acres to 8.3 acres. Each village court has it own distinct identity with a perimeter fence and gate. In addition each village court has a Green Park for the exclusive use and enjoyment by the residents of the village. The Green Parks range in size from 1 acre to 2 acres in each court. These comprise of serviced plots that have access to K.P.L.C underground utility power service line, treated portable water mains, irrigation water mains, sewer trunk line and I.C.T fiber optic service line situated along the cobble stone spine road, the serviced plots are joined together by an internal road network. The serviced plots are governed by a set of design guidelines, allowing owners to build their dream home, while staying true to the aesthetics of the development.
