Extension of Reduced Park Fees Tariff by Kenya Wildlife Service

Kenya Wildlife Service Extends Reduced Park Fees Tariff till 31st Dec 2021

In June 2020, Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) reduced its conservation / park fee tariff for all visitor categories to cushion the travel trade partners against the effects of Global Pandemic and to encourage domestic tourism.

The rebated rates were to be effective until the 30th of June 2021, however due to the prevailing challenges in the business environment and based on the tripartite meetings with the Cabinet Secretary, Minister of Tourism and Wildlife’ Honorable Najib Balala, they have come up with a consensus to  extend the validity of the reduced conservation / park fee tariffs to 31st December 2021

The service will review the rates to the new seasonal rates as from 1st January 2022 and a communique will be sent in due course
