Century Cinemax and Go Places signed up for a marketing partnership on Monday, 6th September 2021.
The partnership deal was signed at the Century Cinemax, Sarit Centre between Charles Gaigua, General Manager Century Cinemax Ltd and Mansoor Jiwani, CEO Go Places. Present at the ceremony was Nev Jiwani the Group Managing Director and Founder of the Go Places brand.

The partnership will see Go Place under its segment GoMovies, list the weekly line-up and show times together with the movie trailers and weekly offers on their weekly online magazine each Friday. The magazine reaches over 300,000 online subscribers each week and this is growing between 200 to 300 new subscribers each month. The movie lineups will also be promoted on Go Places Digital Social Media Platforms.
Besides the movie lineup Go Places has been contracted to sell advertising space for Onscreen, Entrance and Foyer advertising. Go Places will provide a full turnkey service of producing and editing according to the client’s specifications.

During the signing, Mr Jiwani said “Entertainment is an important aspect in our culture and Go Places takes this seriously especially when it comes to movies”.

Century Cinemax is the largest film exhibition company in Kenya. Currently, it has two major outlets that are operational at the Sarit Centre and Garden City Mall.
The Cinemax at Garden City includes 5 screens that include the IMAX (the only one in East and Central Africa), 1 ATMOS Dolby screen, 1 VIP Gold screen and 2 Regular screens. The Cinema at Sarit Centre has 4 screens that include1 ATMOS Dolby screen, 1 VIP Gold screen (fully electric recliner seat and 2 normal screens.
