Kijani Ridge – TATU City

We are offering a waiver on the DCC application fees for the first 100 buyers to develop their properties in Kijani Ridge. The DCC application fees amount to KES 80,000 for every plot owner.

2-year payment plan

We have extended our payment plan for Kijani Ridge to two years to allow more people to be able to purchase the product.

Utility connection fees

On top of the DCC application fees, the first 100 clients to develop their homes in Kijani Ridge will also have their Utility connection fees waived.
