In addition to our Swiss partners, the Business and Hotel Management School in Switzerland, BIHC has launched strategic International Internship partnerships in the Middle East, through our collaboration with Hilton Hotels and Resorts, giving us paid internships access to 32 Hilton properties in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Doha.

In the Caribbean, we are now in partnership with Sandals Resorts, where our students may now have access to paid internships at the world’s most awarded Resorts Company. In the USA, we have now entered a partnership with HRC International, giving our students more variety to the country clubs we already work with. Through HRC International, students may apply for 1-year paid internship programs in Boutique Hotels, 5 Star properties and Michelin Star restaurants.

The J-1 Internship is a 12-month training program that allows BIHC students to travel to the USA and gain valuable work experience in select Members Owned Clubs across the country. The paid internship exposes students to different cultures, regions, cuisines, and lifestyles in the United States.

All interested final-year students must undergo a rigorous interview and selection process as employers seek to hire the right candidate.

We are now scanning the market for a wider academic and internship partnership network in Southeast Asia, the UK and the rest of Africa to give even more options to our students.
