How It Works…

True to its name, Carnivore offers diners a spectacular all you can eat experience with an array of delicious premium cuts of meat such as beef, lamb, pork, turkey, chicken, rabbit, ostrich and crocodile etc. All roasted to perfection on a huge coal fired BBQ pit at the entrance of the restaurant, and carved off large sword skewers by the roving carvers, right onto sizzling cast iron grill plates in front of you. 

The experience works on a simple all-you-can-eat basis: as long as the paper flag on your table is flying, beautifully attired waiters will keep bringing the meat, which is carved right at the table. If you’re in need of a breather, you can tip the flag over temporarily before eventually admitting defeat.

The meat feast is accompanied by a selection of side dishes and sauces. The feeding frenzy only ends when you lower the small flag in the middle of the table to indicate surrender. The whole all you can eat banquet includes a soup of the day starter, and ends with a choice of dessert, Kenya tea or coffee.
