Pre-workout energy smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup cold coffee
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp coco powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tsp BCAA (optional)
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until really smooth.
- Pour smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
