Neuville donates 2000 euros to the Hand in Hand 4 Kenya
Following the 5th overall finish on WRC Safari Rally Kenya, Belgium’s Hyundai Motorsport driver Thierry Neuville has donated 2000 euros to the Hand in Hand for Kenya in support of underprivileged children.
Speaking after the presentation, Neuville said: “It was so nice to meet some of the kids of the Maisha Mazuri Children Center in Nairobi before the start of the event! Special thanks to Barbara and her team for the support all over the weekend.”
The Belgian is known for his philanthropic attachment whenever he comes to Kenya for motor rallying.
Last year, the WRC speed merchant donated 2000 euros to Sheldrick Wildlife Trust after Safari Rally Kenya and revealed how impressed and grateful he was about their work to protect the Elephants, Rhino and Wildlife in Kenya.
Hand in Hand for Kenya trains young mothers runs entrepreneurship clubs for children and teens and also involves itself in climate-resilient agriculture for thousands of women and families.
Hand in Hand’s operation in Kenya is among our most pioneering, network leader and regional hub.
