The Property Investor Networking Event September Edition

This week KPRA hosted the property investor networking event at the Royal Nairobi Golf Club. This was the ideal place for getting exposure, networking, obtaining reliable and up to date property market information, and of course, property to buy. Real estate agents, developers, architects, marketers and many more had attended, all connecting, making partnerships and investment pitches.

Here’s what happened this lovely Thursday Morning:

 

8:30 – 9:00 – This is when all the guests had a breakfast network opportunity before the main forum.

 

9:00  – 9:10 – The Introduction by the KPRA Executive Director Peter. K . Wairegi

 

9:10 – 9:15 – The prime time where every guest introduced themselves and their company, increasing their exposure

 

9:15 – 9:30 – The first presentation by Shafana Rajani Executive Director of Laser Property Services, introducing the world of real estate and various investment opportunities.

 

9:30 – 9:45 – Next David Mathu General Manager NCA explained the importance of construction research and regulations

 

9:45 – 10:00 – Viola. K . Chelangat from CMA who spoke about the importance of investor protection and market development

 

10:00 – 10:15 – Speaking about affordable housings and new tenants and landlords agreements was Christine Kabak from LATAK

 

10:15 – 10:30 – Following up were the moments of learning and clarification with a Q&A from guests to the Speakers

 

10:30 – 11:30 – All said and done the morning ended with Networking and social hour, companies and guests making new contacts and business partners.
