The 2021 Safari Rally with Sean Cardovillis Episode 1
MEET SEAN CARDOVILLIS
Born and raised in Kenya, Sean Cardovillis is perhaps the most renowned sports presenter and personality in the country. He has over 20 years radio and television work experience, spanning from KTN and Capital FM in the mid-90’s, to Seychelles for 7 years from 2006 to 2012 with Paradise FM, and Nation Media Group from 2014 to 2020.

His experience ranges from covering local events including the Safari Rally and Safari 7s Rugby Tournaments , to covering international events such as the Olympics, Cricket World Cup, African Cup Of Nations, World Rugby Sevens Tournaments and PGA Tour Golf Events.
Successful projects:
- Sean has interviewed World Number one golfer Tiger Woods twice in Dubai at the Dubai Desert Classic.
- Sean was the only Kenyan journalist at the 2003 Cricket World Cup where the Kenya team reached the semi finals.
- Sean has interviewed 4 World Rally Champions including Sebastian Loeb, Colin McRae, Richard Burns and Carlos Sainz.
- Sean has interviewed several athletes, including current world marathon record holder Eliud Kipchoge, former world marathon champions Paul Tergat and Haile Gebreselassie. Also international football legends such as Robbie Fowler and David James.
- Sean has interviewed numerous local and international musicians, including Sean Paul, Shaggy, Morgan Heritage and 2Face
- Sean is currently involved as the emcee of the WRC Safari Rally.
