22 Minute Home Workout With Go Places Fashion And Lifestyle Brand Ambassador, Priyan Solanki

Home Sweat Home

I know many of us who love the gym are missing your usual workout programs at this point of time as all gyms are closed. This would be the best time to make a new home routine balanced with diet, exercise and sleep.

Benefits of Working Out From Home

No Excuses. Just put on those sneakers and work out

You can work out outdoors and soak up some Vitamin D or you’d rather exercise indoors in front of the TV. Do whatever you are more comfortable with, as long as you are doing it.

It’s Affordable – It’s free to workout at home, in the backyard, or the park. You can spend that extra cash on some inexpensive equipment. Genius idea!?

Minimal Equipment Required – I sometimes use no equipment for certain workouts, but for others I always have on hand; a yoga mat, stability ball, resistance band, and a set of dumbbells. I also like to use my chair for step-ups and triceps dips.

You Can Wear Whatever You Want

Make a Fool Out of Yourself and Who Cares. Try new moves, blare the music, sing out loud, grunt or scream. No need to be embarrassed. You are in the privacy of your own home, so just do it. Your mind and body will thank you later!

My Sample At-Home Workout Circuit

I actually did this routine previously on an evening before getting ready for a night out. This routine requires no equipment—just your sneakers—and some rocking music. I was soaking wet, my heart rate was up, and my core was on fire. High fives!?
